- Develop business relations with REALTOR members through participation.
- Attend General Membership Quarterly meetings. Meetings to be held at the West Pasco Board of Realtors. Meetings will begin promptly at 11:30am. Date, Speaker and lunch menu will be announced on our web site. Affiliate members will be given the opportunity

- Affiliate Committee Meetings are held at the West Pasco Board of Realtors the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00am. Be sure to sign up for this committee separate to your application.
- As a member you may sponsor and promote your company at our Board Functions. The following are a few:
• General Membership
• Orientation
• Educational Programs
• Realtor Mixers
• Trade Fair
• Chasco Fiesta Parade
- Submit informative information pertaining to your company for our website.
- Obtain a mailing labels or roster for REALTOR/Affiliate members of our Board.
- Participate with other Board Committees.
- Access monthly news updates on our website and receive our quarterly REALTOR magazine.
- Your company will be added to the Affiliate Roster on our website. You may also advertise on our website and our quarterly REALTOR magazine for a minimal fee.
- Participate in the yearly REALTOR trade fair, location and sponsor fees are decided by the Affiliate Committee. Member sponsor fee is at a discount.
